Along with people material life cultural level enhancement, the people live the personal status request enhancement, also had a higher request regarding the home environment and the spiritual aspect request The fresh flower has satisfied the people partially pursue to the beautiful environment and the expression sentiment need, this is the soil which the fresh flower market grows, causes the fresh flower market to become a growth potential extremely big market Jinan flowers flourish in the trend, but there is confusion in the retail industry with not standardized and low-level operators, the consumer market will not be a correct guide, but also lead to a waste of social resources. How meets people's need, simultaneously realizes the resources effective assignment, achieved the greatest value manifests, causes the consumer and the enterprise realizes double wins, it is necessary to carry on the research comparison to the Jinan flowers and plants retail store management pattern.This paper makes a study about the flower business model in the theoretical analysis.
