Distribution channel becomes the competition focus between appliance companies along with the growing intense competition in Chinese appliance retail industry. With the growing up of new distribution pattern represented by GuoMei and SuNing, a great change is ongoing in Chinese appliance channel, which break down the channel setup. This article predicts the channel development trend by analyzing the reason of new channel from outgrow. After analyzing current form of appliance companies, Author takes Hangzhou Matsushita home appliance limited company (HMH) for example to explain how to restructure channel pattern under the changing of the appliance distribution channel.The opinion of Author in this article is that appliance channel centralization is not only the course that advanced countries experienced but also the development trend of Chinese appliance channel. HMH should set up key account department to service these new channel according to its own traits so as to attain the competition advantage. Author hope this article can provide some experiences for those companies who have not set up efficient channel form and offer some inspirations for them.This article will give you a deep analysis on how HMH restructure channel form under the changing of the appliance distribution channel. After the preface and HMH brief introduction, this article will be divided into five parts. First part is the analysis of current appliance distribution channel condition and the trend prediction in china. The second part analyzes HMH's channel form and the existing problem when HMH facing the channel change. In order to improve HMH channel efficiency, author analyzes Chinese appliance manufacturing channel form and channel confliction in part three, which provides the reason why HMH should change the channel form. In the last part, this article will give proposals of how to HMH restructure channel form according to its own traits .
