With the development of enterprises, the requirement is changing from internal resources management to external resources management. The traditional purchasing model becomes very laggard, which can't match total cost and whole operational efficiency of supply chain. Therefore, as another important way for the research of supply chain and innovation of enterprise management, JIT purchasing deserves to be cared and studied more and more by many kinds of enterprises.This thesis points out the problems of purchasing management in our enterprises, dissertate the characters of purchasing management of supply chain and expatiate the significance of JIT purchasing for our enterprises. At last, taking the example of the case of TSDI, the thesis provides some suggestions and gives some edification to our enterprises so that they can break away from passive position and tackle chances of WTO for further development.
