According to national economy development strategy and long-range plan in theoil industry, oil gas technology economic evaluation makes calculation to analyses forthe charges and output benefit of the quasi-construct project input, on the basis ofresource appraisal, developmental project appraise, technical design of developmentalproject and market forecast. Through many comparative study, this article analyzes anddemonstrates quasi-construct project technology and financial feasibility and economicadvisability, providing the gist for scientific policy-making.Firstly, to the characteristic on technical and economic evaluation of oil gas field,the article has carried on the technical and economic evaluation theory analysis in theoil gas field and has pointed out the definitions and principles on technical andeconomic evaluation of oil gas field.Secondly, this article has analyzed internal and external environment of A gas fieldand has explained characteristic of our country natural gas that reserves increase andoptimistic prospect of oil in our country, and studied basic geological situation of A gasfield and main gas production status and characteristic.Thirdly, on the basis of the thing that every main gas field adjusted conceptualdesign and optimized, this article has provided the scheme of developing gas.Finally, this article analyzes A gas field dependable crop development program,from initial cost estimate of exploratory development, financial evaluation economicindicator, financial evaluation uncertainty analysis, national economic evaluationindices as well as national economic evaluation. We can confirm Scheme 5 as the bestimplementing scheme and the Scheme 7 is in reserve.
