With the fast development of China's economy and China's entering into WTO, Our country has become one of the most important made-in places of the world. The industry of machine-made carpet is a labor-dense industry, so the production of machine-made carpet of the world shifting to China is in tend while labor cost increases such a lot in foreign countries. Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation is one of the main factories of this industry. And to make and to implement its strategy can help posit the direction, integrate the resources and accelerate its development.With the analysis of strategy management theory and competition advantage theory, this paper uses methods of combining macro and micro, quality and quantity, game theory to make a deep research into Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation to find out a strategy that can help the development of Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation.As the macro environment which Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation faces, to fasten the development of machine-made carpet and to increase the investment of the machine-made carpet industry , not only fit the industry policy of our country, but also fit the development of politics, economy, culture and technology . This paper makes a deduction about the threats and opportunities of Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation ,with the analysis of the development of machine-made carpet industry both of the world and of China and the analysis of the five competition strengths of Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation.This paper abstracts the strengths and weaknesses of the company through the analysis of the human resource, finance, company culture, production and marketing of Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation.Using The Strategy Management Theory, combining the opportunities and threats outside and the strengths and weaknesses inside, this paper points out a concentration strategy that fits Bin Zhou East Orient Carpet Corporation ,by making a feasible analysis of the three strategies: cost leadership, differentiation and focus concentration of Professor Port's.At the end of the paper, the author gives six pieces of advice as the implement of...
