In flourishing an 21st century such as life, develop, innovation become century theme. Chinese enterprise want get long-term development, must put and get off and thinks oneself, orients in global economic background; China want become modernized economic powerful country, need and grow up blow one world-class enterprise as soon as possible too,Recently, in complicated international market ,the major competitive advantages of enterprises in China are capitalized cost and product. Compared to our advantages ,the lack of famous brand is a drag on our enterprises. We must set up our global brand with good quality instead of the poor impressions of "made-in-China",Our enterprises should learn the experience of other enterprises ,making the Chinese brand internationalization.This dissertation tries to discuss the problem in Chinese brand internationaliztion and how to realize Chinese brand internationalization, which manages to achieve it following this order:Firstly ,it makes it clear that the necessity of Chinese brand internationalization. The author points out the major problem of Chinese brand internationalization by analyzing the present situation.Secondly ,the author sets up a triangle model which refers to decision of strategic importance in Chinese brand internationalization. According to the triangle model, the author researches the purpose ,the resource and the opportunity.Last but not the least, it puts forward measures that should be taken in internationalizing of Chinese brand.
