| Developing sustainable continual industry is an important action of impelling old industrial base to develop, promoting its industrial structure to reform and upgrade, coordinating its environment - economy to develop. Among many continual industries, tourist industry is fully concerned by municipal government of many province in recent years, just because its outstanding resources and environmental costs advantages. But compared with other continual industry, how the resources and environmental costs of tourist industry is on earth, has not been explanation of these question with quantitative science yet. This paper takes mining industry city Anshan in the old industrial base as research object, makes efforts to arrange resources and environmental costs of Anshan continual industry with scientific and practical sequencing method, and draws the different sequence of tourist industry and other continual industry on resources and environmental costs.On the research approach, according to the content and method of green GDP and Environment quality synthetic evaluation, this paper has made up index structure system of continual industry resources and environmental costs by land , energy , water , raw materials and environment —five major elements, 8 indexes altogether, and has utilized method of principal component analysis that a certain principal component can reflect the characteristic of size synthetically to arrange resources and environmental costs of Anshan continual industry.This paper is divided into four chapters altogether.
