Beginning with the international trade mechanism of agriculture constructed by WTO and the changes of international trade of agriculture, the paper introduces the international trade association of agriculture, the development of the new round negotiation of international trade and the commitment made by the Chinese government after entry into WTO.Then on the basis of comparative advantage theory and from the perspective of opportunity cost, the author presents the whole division of labor and part division of labor. With the concrete analysis and our real situation, the paper concludes that China should not give up completely the production of land dense products which is in inferior position, but should advisably import this type of products to reduce the pressure of resource restriction. The goal of doing so is to improve production capability and competitive force of such products. Furthermore, China should expand the production of labor dense products which is in superior position, and encourage their exportation. Finally, A number of tentative solutions are suggested according to the influences the entry into WTO exerting on the domestic market. The paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter provides a brief summary of WTO agriculture and China's entry into WTO. The second chapter carries out an analysis about comparative advantage theory with concrete evidences. The third chapter analyses the effect on the market of agriculture products brought on by China's entry into WTO. The fourth chapter offers some suggestions. And in the last chapter a conclusion is reached.
