Outsourcing Supply Chain Management Research

With the globalization of market and economy, the management philosophy based on single enterprise can't win the competition any more. Therefore, the traditional management is changed and gradually substituted by the horizontal management model. SCM (Supply Chain Management) that based on the extended enterprise is the right typical new management model, which manages all enterprises in the supply chain properly in order to obtain the maximum benefit of the total supply chain. The appearance of SCM indicates a new development direction for the traditional outsourcing management. In recent years, Outsourcing management based on SCM shows obvious advantage in the aspects of developing enterprise core competition and improving service level, which is becoming a hotspot not only in the research of the theory but also in the practice of the enterprises.This thesis studies the theories of SCM and related technology on the background of the outsourcing management of the company-A. It explores the status quo of the company's outsourcing management. Based on the status, the paper present several scheme about outsourcing quality management, outsourcing cost accounting,outsourcing supplier-appraise model, outsourcing risk management of A company and analyze the trend of the business relation between the company-A and outsourcing supplier. At the same time it improves the business process of the outsourcing. At last, the paper provide the system analysis on the model which is produceded for long-term forecast based on the software.
