In recent years, the property insurance industry is not only growing slower than the life insurance industry, but also its competition is stronger than the life insurance industry in market environment. There are many factors that can cause this phenomenon. Besides the factors that market corpus increases quickly, lack of innovation to find market potentiality is also a very important reason. Most property insurance companies only pay much attention to develop available market and marketing talents, but they are all neglect of innovation of property insurance marketing. When the importance of insurance marketing is approved by the whole industry, the innovation of property insurance marketing becomes the important issue for property insurance companies.The innovation of property insurance marketing involves every respect of the property insurance marketing. The paper elaborates the property insurance marketing of creative principle and speculation on four aspects. There are marketing outlet, marketing mechanism, product pricing and service. The contents of innovation that the paper offers are practical and enlightened.There are five parts in this paper; the first chapter discusses the theories that includes contents, engendering mechanism, important meaning, guide thought and whole suggestion of insurance marketing innovation. From the second chapter to the fifth chapter, they offer the contents of insurance marketing innovation from four aspects, including marketing outlet, marketing mechanism, product pricing and service in detail.
