Tourism industry is one of the extremely potential new industries with the fastest developing speed of our times. With the deepening and sustainable development of economy, tourism industry is playing a more and more important role in economic and social development day by day. To the community, the development of tourist industry is really raising the income of the local residents, improving their living level, strengthening the people's environmental protection consciousness, also promoting the communication between local community residents and the external world. All these are advantageous to the whole development of the local community. At the same time, the development of the tourism industry will also bring the negative influences, such as pollution of the environment and traditional culture degeneration. While it is the local communities' resident who will feel the deepest negative influences. As a result, it is very necessary for the sustainable development of tourist industry to understand the attitudes of the local communities' residents towards tourism impact. In this paper, the research subject is to confirm which attitude the communities' residents living in the tourist destination have. The author considers that the communities' residents which are really live in the tourist destination may have the most legible realizations on a variety of influences. So it has the definite representative meaning to choose this type of community to be investigated and researched. Namely we can attain the "win-win" result of the development of tourism industry and the development of community if we study the tourism impact from the angle of community. Basing on such consideration, the author doesn't select the research object according to the meaning of the community defined by the administration management, but select the communities' residents randomly surrounding the concrete scenic spots which have more influences on residents. Specifically, this paper selected the residents arround three scenic spots "The Museum of Emperor Qin Shihuang's Terra-cotta Army", "Emperor Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum", and "The Huaqing pool", which are well-known in Lintong even in China, as cases to be carried on the questionnaire investigation of the attitudes...
