Since 21st century, With the post-industrial society by the evolution of industrial society,Tourists'behavior pattern like destination choice and determine the travel route also produced a greater change. So the international academic pay a great attention to the individual difference about tourism research. The papers increased these years which use Behavioral geography theory to explain the micro behavior of tourist. But the Chinese academia didn't have the same interesting in micro tourist behavior research. And both the Chinese and the foreign academia rare of perspective on cross-culture to explain the Chinese inbound tourism.In this paper, the behavior space of foreign tourists whom visit China being used as the perspective and the eastern coastal city– Ningbo as a case, Trying to find some disciplinarians about the behavior choices during the travel time of foreign tourist in China. This paper firstly discovered foreign tourists is concentrated in a relatively high degree of openness, economically developed eastern coastal areas, the size of inbound tourism market and the regional economic development has a positive correlation through the Chinese government's macro-data. For Ningbo as a High economic dependence on foreign trade city, this positive correlation is more apparent. Then through the data of Ningbo Tourism Bureau, found within the city of Ningbo, the foreign visitors did not select tourism attractions which most Chinese tourist preferred, but is preferred in the. So this paper choose some economic, commercial more developed regions as survey area, using questionnaires and random street interviews as a survey method to observe behavior space characteristics of foreigners in the region .After the questionnaire analysis, based on travel motivations of foreign tourists will come to Ningbo, these tourists are divided into two categories leisure tourists and culture tourists. Choice of two types of tourists in the region there are obvious differences, cultural tourists travel radius usually bigger than leisure visitors. But from some area, they have the same features such as both select Tianyi Square and the Old Bund as their tourism destination. Leisure travelers tend to their own familiar, prefer a high level of leisure regions, and also like some regions where reflect western culture like Tianyi Square and the old Bund; Culture tourists think that Tianyi Square and the old Bund represents the level of urban development in Ningbo; and Ningbo, as Commerce City of urban culture, obviously embody in these two places;the same time that cultural tourists consider that the Old Street area near the Tianyi Pavilion represent the history of Ningbo, because they can understand the process of urban development from the old streets; Tianyi Pavilion which most local people recommended is ignored because there is no Good express their own culture, foreign visitors can not feel the fresh culture.
