The Study On The Enterprise's Acquisition And Selection Of External Technology Based On Integrated Innovation

The emerge of the technology integrative innovation theory and the increase of external technology resources have provided objective conditions for the independent innovation and technology across of Chinese enterprises, but meanwhile, the diversified development of technology market makes it more and more important of the problem of obtaining and choosing technology. This article analysis the influence factors of the obtaining and choosing of technology from both technology obtaining process and integrative innovation process, using Fuzzy logic and the basic structure of binary discrete choice model, study the method of choosing external technology for enterprises'technology integrative innovation to help enterprises'making scientific decision.First, the article summarized the domestic and foreign research status of technology integrative innovation theory and the choosing and obtaining of external technology resources, given the relative connotation and characteristics of technology integrative innovation, and the differences between it and technology introducing, describe the condition of the classification and the utilization of external technology resources, introduced the theory of DCM at last, which lay the foundation for this research.Next, on the study of the analysis of technology obtaining process and integrative innovation process, analysis the factors that should be considered when enterprises were choosing external technology for integrative innovation based on the factors which influenced the performance of the obtaining and integrative innovation.Once more, in the process of choosing external technology resources, combining the factors which influenced the performance of integrative innovation that should be considered, screen a series of variable, conduct the qualitative variables by Fuzzy logic, on the basic of the structure of DCM, modeling the mixed model of external technology selection model as the quantitative approach for the problem of the selection of external technology.Finally, select the high speed machining projects of Shenyang machine tools as the object of empirical analysis, the external technology selection model that the paper raised will be applied to the decision-making of the selection of numerical control system, and enhance the study of the problem persuading.
