The main purpose of this research is to study the automotive after service under the perspective of supply chain management, and analyze the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of China's automotive after service market industry. And find out the problems thus to propose the solution.Firstly, it told that few experts or scholars had been doing research on after-sales service in the perspective of supply chain management by reviewing the domestic and international study of after-sales on the theoretical study and practical experience. And this actuality fully revealed that it has important theoretical and practical significance to start research on after-sales service supply chain managementSecondly, it cited the supply chain and supply chain management theory, analyzed the targets and difficulties of supply chain management, and discussed the differences between traditional management mode and the after-sales supply chain management. All these contents lay the foundation of the research on the automotive after-sales service supply chain management.Thirdly, it discussed the development status of the automotive after-sales service industry, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of automotive aftermarket industry in China. Based On this, it proposed restricts about our automotive service industry to implement supply chain management and proposed solutions.Finally, according to typical problems of construction of automotive aftermarket supply chain management in China, proposed solutions to improve the after service capacity level by the establishments of cooperation mechanism, information sharing mechanism, logistics talent management and so on.In this paper, it used three research methods included literature review, interviews and questionnaires, and combined the quantitative and qualitative to make this paper with strong theoretical and practical significance.
