A Study On The Applied Research Of Dea In Budget Evaluation Of Oil Company

With the emergence of knowledge-based economy, rapid development of high technology, and the trend of economic globalization gradually formed, China's oil industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As a magic weapon of the enterprises to build global competitiveness, budget management plays an important role in the oil companies'operation. Scientific and comprehensive budget management is the base of enterprise making annual business plan and strategic objective . This paper proposes to apply data envelopment analysis technology to the budget management and to build DEA subsystem, which is aimed to improve the budget management model and function.This paper includes five parts: the first part is introduction, describing briefly the background and significance of our topics, the theme of the article and a summary of the DEA's research results ; in the second part, survey the basic theory and methods of DEA, including basic concepts, basic ideas and two DEA models of Data Envelopment Analysis; Part III, we apply DEA to budget management ,design DEA subsystem and introduce its function; the forth part is empirical analysis, through the example of the oil - exploration and production segment of a large-scale oil company,introducing the use processes of DEA subsystem; the last part, we sum up the theme of the essay and give some suggestions on the future research directions of DEA in budget management.
