IT enterprises are intensive of knowledge, their survival and development seriously relies on the knowledge resource they have. Actually, the staffs of the enterprise are the most important source of the enterprise's innovative strength. Because of the knowledge density, the short products cycle, and the innovation requirement, the cost of brain drain of IT enterprises is much heavier than traditional enterprise. In recent years, the brain drain rate of IT enterprises remains high, but falled to do something. All this requires IT enterprises to open up a new angle, try to find new way to diminish the rate, and reduce the loss caused by the brain drain.After carefully searching and reading the relevant theories about the brain drain and the knowledge management, this paper choose to use the knowledge management theory to solve the brain drain problem of the IT enterprises. And by way of questionnaire investigation, combines relevant websites and yearbook data, we has investigated the current situations of IT enterprise's brain drain, the status quo of IT enterprises' knowledge management and the influence of the brain drain. In order to investigate more information from the data which had collectd, we use SPSS17.0 to analyze the data. And has drawn two major factors of brain drains which reflect IT enterprise's information management during current situation and the three major impacts to IT enterprisesData herein and relevant results of study indicate that the damage to IT enterprises of brain drain mainly behaves in three aspects. That is the IT enterprise's prestige, psychology of the interior employee and operating efficiency. Meanwhile, from the data analysis, we can see that it's not optimistic in the performance of the development of internal knowledge sharing and hardware construction, which revealed that the IT enterprises'ability of is deficient. Taking all the above into account , brain drain is often unavoidable in IT enterprises, the safeguard of the knowledge resource should be more valued and three kinds of approaches were proposed.the first is the reconduction of corporate culture which includes corresponding hardware construction and software construction,the second is to maintain the knowledge network inside IT enterprises,and the third is to improve risk protection by strengthening the institutional constraints.
