With the changes in market, Broadband, though needs to further speed up their developments, more and more, has become a fundamental service of telecommunications business. Nowadays reorganization of telecommunications industry has already been accomplished, and the operators are covering all business, thus, the market competition will be more fiercely. Each operator's technology and products in this business become more and more homogeneous, and the profits are gradually being cut down under the fierce competitions. Under such circumstances, how to win the customers and better keep the existing customers is determined by the services operator offers to customers. Only by the superiority in services can win the competitive advantages.This article is a study of the service-delivery system based on the questionnaire survey, which leads to a comprehensive understanding of the general knowledge of broadband service among customers in Guilin, and a deep analysis of the main problems and reasons. In addition, how to take advantage of the theoretical study on the service management to improve the broadband business strategy, and to increase the competitive power of companies through the enhancement of the efficiency of the service chain are also important themes of this article.
