As a result, Xinjiang's development focus was mainly concentrated in the north of the Tianshan Mountain area, however, in the south of the Tianshan region are mainly restricted zone; Second, from the location of main function of Xinjiang area, north of the Tianshan Mountains region is focus on the economic development.It will be mainly economic construction. In the south of the Tianshan Mountain area, because of its fragile ecological environment in general, south of the Tianshan Mountain area is an ecological reserved area.It will be mainly for ecological compensation.
