With the economic globalization process accelerated, developed countries continue to carry out the international industrial transfer, and the industrial transfer in China's eastern coastal developed areas is becoming increasingly frequent. Less-developed areas in the central and western regions have gradually become the regions to undertake the industrial transfer. At present, Xinjiang has great development potentiality, because it has been identified as the important economic and social development fulcrum in the new century. Xinjiang with rich natural resources has its own advantages in undertaking the transfer industry. Some large enterprises from home and abroad are optimistic about the great potentiality for development, the natural resources such as rich coal, oil, cotton and mineral and the regional advantages as a bridgehead of the "Eurasian Continental Bridge", as a result they are transferring the related industries into Xinjiang one after another. At the same time, Xinjiang makes an all out effort to undertake the industrial transfer with the core of the strategy of advantage conversion, actively push forward the process of new industrialization and promote regional economic development.The paper mainly researches on industrial transfer that Xinjiang undertake, with analyzing the current situation of industrial transfer in Xinjiang, analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the industrial transfer, expounding the feasibility to integrate the resources, efficiently use the resources and further promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Xinjiang through the industrial transfer, and researching the selection of industrial transfer in Xinjiang through the use of AHP. Through the above research, we can see that Xinjiang should undertake the suitable potential industry for its owning advantages, such as petroleum processing, tourism and other industries, to speed up Xinjiang's industrial structure optimization, push the industrial development and develop the regional economy.This article includes six parts. Part one introduces the research background and significance of the study, and nails down the research thinking, the research methodology, the innovation of this article and weaknesses. Part two sets forth an overview of Xinjiang industrial transfer in the process of Xinjiang to undertake. Part three demonstrates the Xinjiang's regional economic effect after undertaking the industrial transfer. It mainly analyzes the influence of the industrial structure of industrial organization, industrial structure, technological level, employment level and the new industrialization process. Part four applies the means of SWOT respectively to analyze the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats of Xinjiang. Part five is the choice analysis of the in the process of industrial transfer. It introduces and applies AHP to choose the transfer industries that Xinjiang will undertake. Part six is the recommendation of countermeasures that Xinjiang undertake industrial transfer.
