The Study Of Investment Structure In Xpcc

In recent years,investment scale in XPCC has been increasingly augmented,which huge impel economic growth of XPCC.However,many data indicated that neglecting the problem investment structure was the ultimate reason why quality and performance of economy growth are not high in XPCC.Therefore,how to optimize investment structure of XPCC become urgent problem to be solved,which can promote the turn of industrial structure,the district moderate,and then make national economic grow.This paper is oriented toward the relationship investment structure with economy growth, adopting the methods of contrast analysis,Grey and DEA,and then investigating thequantitative relations,special reasons and economy performance of investment structure in XPCC.Results are as follow:(1) the trend that investment pull the economic gowth in XPCC is relative obvious but the efficiency of investment is low,which have the characteristic of extensive reproduction.In other words, it means the high devotion and thelow produce. (2)investment structure of XPCC manifest for "three highs":the higher investment weight for the first industry,the north slope of Tianshan and the state sector. Totally speaking,the primary period of economic development,decide what investment structure is in XPCC.Concretely speaking,the weather characteristic, land resources and special features resources in XPCC decide the integrity of the first industry system,which lead to attach importance to invest in agriculture; advancing location and unbalanced development strategy make north slope of Tianshan a strategic priority;the special system of XPCC lead to the big investment of the state sector.(3)The short industry chain as well as the characteristic of labor-intensive in agriculture and industry,which make its connections are big with economic gowth but small with other sections,the unsound aspects of the internal structure in the third industry influence its efficiency.the great differences of economic in all reclamation areas resulted higher efficiency in the north slope of Tianshan than south XinJiang and the borders'.Non-productive investment of the state sector is more and the development non-state economy is lack,which hold back the investment invitality in XPCC.According to above-mentioned analysis, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: the economic growth mode must be turn and walk on intension road; improving the investment structure,extending the industry chain,and then contribute to the upgrading of industry; reasonable district layout, narrowing the gap, and then achieve the harmonious development of regional economy; adjusing in the distribution of the state-owned sector, enlarging development of non-public economy,and then gain better investment returns and so on. Passing these measures, the problems of investment structure in XPCC will be solved.
