After 30 years of reform and open policy, the Chinese economy obtains the huge development and the living standard of the people is gradually abundant. With the people living standard unceasing enhancing, consuming idea and the diet custom have also taken huge change. The people is urgent demand that dining enterprise could provide the high grade, the multiplex dining service and the product of non-environmental damage and heath. Through rapid development of thirty years in dining trade, the competition of dining trade has taken changed from the pure product quality competition, the price competition to serves the idea, the enterprise brand and even the cultural personal status competition. But at present most Dining enterprise has been pursuit of economic value and the luxury surface in the competition market pattern. However, they are lack of the deep level to the human nature understanding and the concern, the attention of the staff,the customer and the market marketing detail. It caused very many enterprises to lose the massive sources of customers.Basing on the theory of marketing and management and taking advantage of supporting of basic point in sociology, the article has made some research that dining enterprise pay attention to some problems in marketing, building enterprise marketing pattern and putting forward to carrying out strategy of detail marketing from angels of marketing, enterprise management and culture. Taking example of Haidilao Restaurant, the article has stressed in insisting in the concept of people-oriented, all of detail view of concerning customer, everything for the benefit of employees, improving enterprise attention and loyalty of customers and employee In addition, the enterprise can not copy the experiences of others but highlight the characteristics of the business premise in detail marketing and carry out the implementation of differentiated marketing to ensure that customers enjoy a unique service. within the enterprise management innovation, Based on the analysis in the case, we obtained the conclusion that established a new marketing model--- one of the marketing it to businesses under the concept of the details of the catering business It takes enterprise,employees and customers as the center and forms a good ecosystem of food:good corporation with employees-employees motivating-Staff attitude to the customer better-a good customer experience-high customer loyalty corporate profits, to reach three of mutual benefit and common development and progress.through details marketing between enterprise and employee and detail marketing between employee and customers the details of the staff through the corporate marketing and sales staff of customer details to form good ecological circle.
