Following the vigorous development of science and technology, China's fruit and vegetable planting is growing, production is increasing, fruit and vegetable surplus phenomenon is widespread, looking for more suitable market has become our country's fruit and vegetable industry's biggest challenges, kazakhstan bordering China has a big market with great demand for fruits and vegetables, is the best target market of our country fruit and vegetable export.This paper discussed the fruit and vegetable consumption habits and marketing system based on the analysis of supply and demand situation of kazakhstan`s fruit and vegetable by combining theoretical research with empirical analysis, In trying to find the fruit and vegetable trade cooperation space and development pattern, and tried to find the fruit and vegetable trade cooperation space and development pattern for our country. Using Probit Mode and Logistic Model method, this paper empirical analysed the the effect of consumption characteristics and purchase behavior to channel choice of fruit and vegetable consumption group, and investigated consumption of residents to Astana and Almaty. Thus tried to reveal the fruit and vegetable demand for urban residents, and put forward suggestions and the policy about exporting China's fruit and vegetable to Hazakhstan.The conclusions are as follow :Weak small scale?low output?week line ?samples sales?low value-added products are all characteristics of Kazakhstan fruit and vegetable production. Total supply increases, growth in volatility and demand,there is a large dependence on imports,Chinese fruit and vegetable enterprises can guide and change consumer demand, try to excavate the potential consumer demand.Kazakhstan has not a stable fruits and vegetables supply channel, the sales continues to use traditional mode of operation: wholesale and retail. Market and supermarket is the main place to the city residents to buy fruits and vegetables, and majority of consumer preferred market. That consumption is heavy and the price is high, and the expenditure is larg.Kazakhstan has a heavy import of fruit and vegetable, and Chinese export to KZ is large and the price is high, especially in anti-season. But, consumers of Kazakhstan doubt the quality safety of Chinese fruit and vegetable.Suggestions : Chinese fruit and vegetable export to Kazakhstan should pay attention to improve the quality of fruit and vegetable, pay attention to anti-season, speed up the fresh fruit and vegetable, establish new marketing channels of fruit and vegetable, survey research and strengthens to the fruit and vegetable export.
