Since tourism developed on an extremely high speed all over the world in resently years, it has been one of the industries with strongest increasing tendency. Meanwhile, the infections of tourism become more and more evident, so that researches on these infections get more and more attention.YiChang, as a famous tourism city in China, has a huge amount of tourism resources with rich connotations, unique surprises, high quality, wide effect and large potential which makes YiChang one in a thousand. Tourism has been a backbone industry and important increasing pole of YiChang, its infection on all parts of YiChang also becomes more evident day by day. In that case, research on the infection of tourism development in YiChang becomes very important and essential, it is a requirement not only for the high-speed developing of YiChang tourism, but also for the creation of a world-famous hydroelectric power tourism city.Occidental economics, exteriority and multiplicative effection theories with their analyse methods will be used in the systemic research of the tourism infections of YiChang in this paper. Firstly, after a general theoretic analyse, there is a conclusion that the tourism infections are mainly on economy, culture and environment. And then, combined with the practicality situation of YiChang tourism, respective analyses have processed on the tourism infections on economy, culture and environment based on the former theoretic research. Finally, countermeasures are given aimed at the research conclusion and political suggestions which are realistic and used for reference for a harmony, healthy and fast development of YiChang tourism will be given according to the discussion.
