With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of printing technology, the printing industry has entered the market competition. How to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market competition is very important and far-reaching significance. Hubei XH Printing Stock Limited Corporation is a state-owned enterprises. Because it's under the planned economic system of management models and concepts influence in long time, there are many weak links both in management concepts and methods, which lag behind the market's requirements. Especially in the current system of distribution, the outstanding problems have dampened the enthusiasm of the employees in production. Therefore, it is very urgent and essential for the corporation to reform its internal management.This paper studies the performance of the company's management, adopting data collection, depth interview and questionnaire survey for investigation and research. Based on the comprehensive understanding of XH corporation, this study focus on the company's performance diagnosis, in order to identify problems and determine the ideas and methods.Under the guidance of the performance management theory, this paper adopts a variety of analysis methods and tools to collect information and analysis data。According to the basic principles of key performance indicators (KPI), this study aggregate analyses the goal-oriented and the act-oriented assessment methods to extract the basic strategy; based on behavior and performance indicators system and specific performance evaluation to carry on the plan..At the same time, in the light of the corporation human resource management circumstances, designed a complete set of practical performance management system. Through actual operation, the performance management system obtains good results, provides a strong support of improving the company's internal management and achieving a strategic goal. This performance management system would have practical significance for the corporation's long-term development.
