Manufacturing Model(MM)15 a basic Pattern由aPe,which inchides enterprise叮stem,business,management,Production organi皿tion,techn01ogy叮stems and operation management.Broadiy,MM 15 the PhilosoPhy and guiding ideology of the establishment and operation ofmanufacturing Process and manufacturing叮stem.Firstlv,比c Paper briefly introduces several妙pical advanced manufacturing modes,in order to get a ga印of the theory of ProductionMaturity Evahiation.The Paper introduces"Maturity"into MM一evahiation base on the develoPment ofmanufacturing mode,and ereates a3一hierarchy Manufacturing Model Maturity EvahiationSystem,which inchides five evahiation dimensions:叮stem management,quality management,cost control,efficiency,logistics.And set甲ecific target factors evahiation eriteria to everyevahiation dimensiona批r analysis these target factors of the evahiation叮stem according to theworld rnanufacturing level.The Paper evahiates the manufacturing maturity by BP model.BP algorithm(error backPropagation training algorithm)15 used broadiy because of its good aPProximation of noulinearmapping ability,generalization ability and easy imPlementation.The Paper select a certain numberof samPles as the training samPles ofBP network model,and select several test samPles to test thevalidity of the BP network evahiation model according to target comPany.The results Provethevalidity of the BP network evahiation model,and can aPPty the model to the target comPanieseffectivety.At same time,the Paper analysis the key Points of BP net trahang and test Process and比c evahiation result,Points out the advantages and disadvantages of BP algorithm,and someviable imProvements in thefu到为er aPPlication.
