Emergence and development of the peasant economic organization is attributed to process of game between various forces from station ,government, market and peasants. Of course the development process of the peasant economic organization is also a re-constructed process of power and benefit relationship between the station ,government and peasants in countryside. Owing to the influence of geographical environment and resource endowment, agricultural production has relative regionalism in the west undeveloped area. However, the feature results in diversity of the peasant economic organization in undeveloped region. Based on the cooperative principle , all kinds of the peasant cooperative economic organization reduce the transaction cost the peasants entering into the market effectively and improve the social participation ability of the peasants. As a result ,it innovates participation development model and settles many matters such as unreasonable agricultural industrial structure, difficult exchange of agricultural products and slow increase of peasants' income. Meanwhile the experiences of modern agricultural development show that to develop the peasant specialty cooperative economic organization is a effective pathway to cultivate market competition corpus and to solve the contradictions between small-scale production and big-scale market on the basis of the regulation of rural household management. It is also an important means to enhance the peasant organization degree and to promote progress of agricultural industrialization and modernization. The peasant specialty economic organization ,as an effective vector and organization forms to develop agricultural production and to increase peasants' income under the condition of market economy, improve the peasant organization degree into market and promotes to rebuild the rural micro-economic subject in some extent. It also plays an active role in promoting the development of rural economy. In recent years, with the emergence of various the new peasant specialty cooperative economic organization in DingXi, it plays a positive role in advancing the building of new countryside in this area.
