Cooperative economic organization has played a great role since it was born. Marx ever praised it highly: "Cooperative campaign is the one among those powers which change class counterwork." "The cooperative factory of workers is the first gap in the old system." It destroyed the base of capitalist economic system.In our country, with the development of open-and-reform and social market economy, to overcome the contradiction between small-sized production and large-sized market, rise to the challenge of WTO, reduce business fee and the gap between city and countryside, change.
