Shanghai Mobile Msc Pool Construction Project Risk Management

In order to realize network updating smoothly and safely, it is necessary to use project management in network adjustment project. It is also important to implement risk management in full project life cycle.Risk management in the application of telecommunication projects was studied in the thesis. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the theory of risk management, and demonstrates the necessary for Shanghai Mobile to implement risk management in communication project. According to the practice in Shanghai Mobile MSC POOL Construction Project, risks were determined by using risks identification, and then we comprehensive analyze risks from three dimensions which were the probability, the severity and the detection, in order to know the degree of the risk we faced and make risk responses. At last risks monitor was implemented to make a closed-loop risk management of Shanghai Mobile MSC POOL Construction Project and we got the method how to implement risk management in MSC POOL project. In the final of the thesis, we analyzed the lacuna in the process of project implementation and summarized a set of risk manage methods to reduce conflict in telecommunication projects.The risk manage experiences in Shanghai Mobile MSC POOL Construction Project supplies the risk manage theoretic instruction and of Shanghai Mobile's next network construction.
