With the more and more drastic market competition, the requirement of customers enlarges continuously, and the company service mode changes with the times, which not only widens the management range, deepens management depth and strengthens the management difficulty, but also increases the management cost and reduces the benefits space, so it brings new challenge to the internal management of company. The leaders have recognized the importance of enterprise business regrouping for the survival and development of enterprise, and they realize that the business regrouping is either one-shot-deal or one-off revolution, it needs continuous improvement to realize the consolidate combination of enterprise business flow regrouping and informationization and bring the interactive effects, which is based on management and is assisted by information technology. It is fact that only through this way, can the enterprise improve the management level and work efficiency, cut down the cost, finally strengthen its market competitive power.This article introduces the business states of HKP from the problems of internal management and external competitive pressure, analyzes the main problems and the necessity and feasibility of carrying out business flow regrouping, gives research on part of the current key business flow. By combining with the strategic target of HKP and features of this production industry, optimizes and improves the company business flow, redesigns new business flow especially for the plan, logistics, fixed assets, material inspection, accountant check, etc. Then, the enterprise builds new organization structure according to the new redesigned business flow. By taking full advantage of modern information and technology, the enterprise can carry out the business flow regrouping successfully and get the anticipative result. In the end, it gives analysis to the key factors, necessary condition, necessary methods and potential risk during the process of carrying out business flow regrouping in HKP.Through the business flow regrouping, HKP has successfully improved the overall work efficiency and management level, and the market competitive power of HKP is strengthened consequently.
