| As the development of China Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI),China has paid more attention to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and OFDI at the same time, rather than only focus on how to bring FDI. Considering China has become great country of OFDI, China has benefited a lot from OFDI. Foreign scholars have proved the existence of Reverse Technology Spillovers through data analysis, however, domestic scholars mainly focus on areas selecting, influence factor, industry selecting of OFDI and trade construct, industry development and so on. Domestic scholars hardly research Reverse Technology Spillovers. As we all know, Technology development mainly depends on domestic research and development and technology spillovers through different ways. So, from the point of the relationship between OFDI and technology development, this article will prove the existence of Reverse Technology Spillovers through data of China and provide some suggestions for China OFDI.Based on summarizing foreign and domestic documents and theory of FDI, Firstly, this article analyses motive of China OFDI from the point of theory, how to affect technology development, important factors of affecting Reverse Technology Spillovers. Secondly, this article summarizes the history and recent conditions of China OFDI. In fourth part, this article makes use of 1987～2009 data, according to C—D model, domestic research and development, FDI, purchasing technology and OFDI is considered as independent variables, technology development is considered as dependent variable to research Reverse Technology Spillovers of OFDI. The result is that domestic research and development mainly affects China technology development, then is FDI and purchasing technology, last is OFDI. Reverse Technology Spillovers exists. It affects technology development a little, but it can improve China Technology level. Lastly, according to problem of China OFDI, giving some suggestions based on the point of government and company. |
