Feasible study is the chief and most critical work of the development project. The development of the regeneration integrated equipment of construction waste is based on the processing state of the construction waste treatment, the effect on the environment, as per the strategy of sustainable development requirements around the construction waste and the resource utilization.This paper mainly points at the first phase of the life cycle, application of project management, project planning and control, project risk management, correlation theory of project argumentation and evaluation, carries on research of the mobile equipment using for regeneration integration of construction waste.Through the background, market demand, the research and development status of products and analyses of technique, economy and the organizational management of the development of the regeneration integrated equipment, using the domestic and international relational literature, careful contrast of the industry development at home and abroad. It draws the conclusion that:at the present stage, the development of the regeneration integrated equipment of construction waste is not only feasible, but also the inevitable premise of the recycling of the construction waste. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concrete solution and implement evidence of the scale of the project investment, product plan, schedule, project organization, implement and regulate, meanwhile, it comes up with the controlling and solution according to the construction risk of the project.
