Digital power marketing is a wide coverage of large-scale company level information construction,the management level directly determines the success of the construction. This paper focused on the management of the digital power marketing construction, and established an advanced, scientific and standard management system. The system can direct and manage the the digital power marketing, guarantee the construct well organized, schedule control and quality reliable, provide strong management support for the digital power marketing.The management system is targeted at implementing comprehensive, scientific, and reliable control for the digital power marketing construction and is composed of two core sub-system,the project and technology managent,and two base sus-system,the organization and risk managent. The organization system and risk managent system are proposed in the paper.Then, the project management system for the digital power marketing construction is discriped according to the feature of the construciton. The project management system is composed of the schedule management, quality management, training management, communications management and so on. The objectives, content and methods of the schedule management,quality management,training management and communications management were specified, and the corresponding management processes were established.Then, the technogy management system for the digital power marketing construction is discriped according to the feature of the construciton. The project management system is composed of the requirement management, test management, data migration management, system cut-off management and problem management and so on. The objectives, content and methods of the requirement management, test management, data migration management, system cut-off management and problem management were specified, and the corresponding management processes were established.
