With the gradual unfolding of building a new socialist countryside, China's rural community has been in unprecedented development opportunity. The rapid development of rural society demands the supply of public goods in rural areas to adapt to demand. Due to historical factors, Rural supply of public goods of Inner Mongolia Region has never shed off the plight:a serious shortage of the total supply, the structure of supply being in imbalance, inefficient supply etc which have become the main factors of hampering the economic and social rapid development in rural areas and the raising of living standards of farmers. To achieve the goal of building a socialist harmonious society and to guarantee the smooth development of the building of a new socialist countryside, we must solve the supply of public goods in rural issues. In order to solve the problem, we must start from zero and transform the former rural public goods supply system radically and establish a new rural public goods supply model. The balance of total supply and total demand is a prerequisite of Economic health running, and is the rural public goods. The public goods supply of our region is similar to that of other rural regions in China. Local government revenues are limited after tax reform, because of China's current rapid economic development and the significant improvement of farmers'living standard, which will inevitably lead to contradiction between inadequate supply of government and increased demand of the farmers. How to supply the public goods effectively has become a key issue. It is precise the purpose of the essay, on the basis of analyzing the problem of public goods in rural areas, making a comparative analysis toward the supply model of domestic and international rural public goods. Geographical divisions are made on the method of concrete analysis for concrete problem. Based on the geographic site of central and western plains of Inner Mongolia Region, a targeted supply model is suggested:the model of rural public goods in central and western plains developing areas. And a number of institutional recommendations are given after summarizing the above supply model.
