Industrial cluster theory is the second growth pole theory, the gradient transfer theory of the new regional development theory, regional economics, industry economics and other disciplines important research. Industry through cooperation and exchange within the cluster, the benefits of economies of scale, can produce strong spillover effects, promotes related industries in a particular area and even the entire national economic development.Logistics industry is the basic industry of national economic development, is a measure of the degree of modernization of a country or region, and is one important indicator of overall national strength. In order to develop the regional economics, these are in the active development of the regional logistics industry. The emergence of the logistics industry cluster development for the logistics industry brings opportunities. Logistics industries at home and abroad for studies at an exploratory stage, the competitiveness of the logistics of industrial clusters is rarely involved, the logistics of Zhengzhou City, the competitiveness of industrial clusters to promote the development of the logistics industry to accelerate Zhengzhou economic development of great significance.Paper is divided into five chapters and the conclusion of six parts. The first chapter, first set in Zhengzhou competitive logistics industry background and discusses the significance, noting that the favorable conditions for the development of modern logistics and the need for the development of logistics industry cluster; of research at home and abroad were reviewed and found at home and abroad lack of research and puts forward the task of this study; finally shows the full text of research ideas, contents and methods, building the basic framework of the full text, reviews the overall logic of the paper trail. The second chapter is mainly defines the concept of relevant, on the formation and development of industrial clusters and the driving force, the competitiveness of industrial clusters forms, logistics, and logistics industry cluster and its special economic zone of industrial clusters are summarized in. Chapter III, the first cluster competitiveness of the logistics industry, defining the concept, and then introduces the research industry cluster competitiveness of the two models: "Diamond Model" and "GEM model" and its component factors; and the competitiveness of industrial clusters based on two models and the special nature of the logistics industry, building the competitiveness of logistics industry cluster model, and the establishment of the logistics industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system; Finally, it describes the competence evaluation methods and procedures. The fourth chapter first analyzes the logistics industries in Zhengzhou City, the status and background of its formation; Following the establishment of the logistics industry under the previous cluster competitiveness evaluation index system, it carries out the analysis of principal component through the SPSS software, the clusters in Zhengzhou City, the competitiveness of logistics industry conditions and logistics nodes in 19 cities in the rankings and the problems and constraints. Chapter V is the policy recommendations of the promoting the competitiveness of the logistics industry cluster in Zhengzhou city, including speeding up economic development, the development of third party logistics, expand the development of the banking industry, training logistics personnel, to stimulate consumer spending and the development of export-oriented economy and so on. Chapter VI is the full text of the summary and outlook, pointing out the deficiencies in the study this article and its causes, and future efforts.
