The Research On The Enterprise Value Assessment By Using Discouted Free Cash Flow Model

The enterprise value assessment, which is not only helpful for the investors to make a reasonable decision, but also indispensable for the supervisors inside the enterprise to implement a more efficient value management, is often considered to be the fundamental condition for a successful capital operation. Consequently, it is significant for us to make a research on the enterprise value assessment.This thesis is composed of five parts in all. Firstly, the preface makes a brief introduction about how the enterprise value assessment develops abroad and domestically. Secondly, we make some introduction about the theories or conceptions such as the enterprise value, enterprise value assessment, and the models applied when assessing, which served as a theoretical basement for the next statement. Thirdly, we make a detailed introduction about the discounted free cash flow model theoretically, including the definition of free cash flow, the expectation of free cash flow, and how to definite a discounted rate as well. Fourthly, we make a definite value assessment analysis by using the discounted free cash flow mode mentioned above, and also we compute the result of its value. Consequently, the final part, on which we make the conclusion about the case analysis, will also show you the suggestions personally, and I hope that this thesis will be of help to some extent for the related researchers.
