Analysis Of China's Internet Content Management System And Its Improvement

The developing process of internet which has become a very important part of daily life shows more and more interactivity. As a broad platform, its assembly effect makes it a test bed of democracy. Except hard regulation on pornographic and violent contents, it's even harder for the government to regulate political contents, especially when a few extremists launched civil rights movements through the internet which broke social harmony and regime stability. Compare to traditional media, internet is so different on admittance and scope. Meanwhile, the supervisor mode of internet in our country is actually full of problems, which include multiple management, imperfect of legal system, and lack of self regulation. The reasons are outmoded management, lack of free expression of political views and lack of flexibility on management. Draw on the internet regulation experiences of Singapore and America, the author indicate that we should improve the internet management system based on our national conditions by focusing on completing legal system, improving manage thought, and strengthen self regulation.
