Mode Of Circular Economy Under The Strain Of The Governance Group Company Manufacturing Operations Management System's Perfect

With the rapid development of domestic economy, China has made remarkable achievements in the national economy, but the traditional model of economic development results in low resource utilization, high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution, which restricts the sustainable development of the economy. Therefore, the state puts forward a strategy to vigorously develop the recycling economy to form a social and economic growth pattern of low capital investment, low consumption of resources and energy, low pollution emissions, high productivity and high value-added industry chain. In 2005, our country established the first national recycling economy pilot enterprises, and Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd is one of them.In this paper, we adopt the production operation management of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd under the recycling economy mode as the research object, and the improvement of operation management systems for Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd is studied under the introduction of the concept of recycling economy. Firstly, a detailed analysis of the importance and necessity of the development of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd to develop recycling economy is presented, and the mode and development approach of recycling economy for Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd is found combined with its production status, based on which the overall goal is put forward that is to establish joint lead and zinc smelting recycling economy development mode. Secondly, sound management programs and improvements are proposed to achieve the overall objective around the recycling economy. Finally some suggestions concerning the safeguards implementation are raised.
