Since the policy of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements. Statistics released by the World Bank last year showed that over the past 25 years, China accounted for 67 percent of the achievements in global poverty reduction. Even in global universal from financial crisis of the frozen period, the Chinese economy still runs smoothly and fastly. Which caused widespread concern of all fields both home and abroad. During review of the process of China's development, many western scholars put forward the conception of "Chinese model"from the practical experience rising up to the theory of Chineses development, which is widely attended and discussed worldwide.The conception of "Chinese model" reflects the world's affirmation to current China's achievements, it also insinuates that world for contemporary China's development strong concern and theoretical analysis and trying to intense interest in contemporary China's development. From the conception of "Chinese model" socialism with Chinese characteristics is relected, and analysis and investigation is deeply made. On one hand, the obtained success can be seen in the socialist system in contemporary China; on the other hand, problems can be distinctly seen in contemporary China's development, which can make people calm down and have rational views on China's development, its experience and achievement.Based on marxism and the Chinese characteristic socialism theory, the paper adhered to the critical spirit, in-depth analysis of the current international society to the concept "Chinese model" of knowledge.Moreover, in the foundation of a lot of domestic and foreign literature material review, earnest anlysis, carding and evaluation are all made referring to the concept of "Chinese model".
