With the advent of knowledge economy, the knowledge has become the main driving force of economic growth,it is substituting for traditional element of production gradually-capital,labor and the land become most main resources to enterprise.Gaining more knowledge is an important method to win and maintain competitive advantages.The strategic resources have increasingly been the prominent position in enterprise management.The knowledge has become a key resource for enterprise's survival, which is important capital for enterprise to keep their persistent competitive advantages.The competition among enterprises is not only the talents' competition, but also the knowledge competition. In recent years, the problems caused by individuals and groups employee turnover have become increasingly seriously, especially the enterprise facing huge risks and losses that employees take away the technology and the knowledge after they left the enterprise.With the problem becoming more seriously, the enterprise managers pay close attention on it. How to manage the enterprise hr to enterprise managers? How to reduce the risk of leaving trigger? And so on. These problems need to solution urgently by enterprise managers.In this paper,we study the knowledge loss based on group turnover,with the current phenomenon of employees'group turnover. Looking through the phenomenon of nature,we found the impact of organizational knowledge transfer.In order to help enterprises control the risks accurately and effectively and encourage their employees to reduce the group leave behavior in the future,we analyze the risks of enterprise and effects on knowledge transfer caused by Knowledge loss based on perspective of group turnover.Our target is to achieve the purpose that can provide managers with a more scientific and effective basis theoretical.This paper mainly solve three questions:(1) What are the types of knowledge loss,Internal Reason and risks caused by group turnover? (2) What the effects knowledge loss caused by group turnover on knowledge transfer on the organization-level? (3)How to control these risks and measure it effectively?This paper, starting from the phenomena by group employee turnover, reveals the essence,connotation and types of the knowledge loss through analyzing the phenomenon,discusses the type of knowledge loss caused by groups turnover and the relationships between organizational of knowledge transfer and knowledge loss.This paper written based on the levels of knowledge loss which is including three levels, three Human capital knowledge losses,structure capital knowledge loss and relationship capital knowledge loss and the three affect factors about knowledge transfer:Knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer scene,knowledge subject. We constructs the relation model and related hypotheses between group knowledge loss and organization knowledge transfer,around the country we used the questionnaire survey and study, then we using the SPSS 13.0 software to analysis the data collected by questionnaire survey. According to the investigation and the analysis result, this article gets several important research conclusions and we carries on the modify to the research model and the supposition. This article thought:the human capital and structure capital knowledge loss have a positive correlation with knowledge characteristics;the structure capital and relationship capital knowledge loss have a positive correlation with knowledge transfer scene, the structure capital knowledge loss have a positive correlation with knowledge transfer subject. Therefore, the impact of knowledge loss on knowledge transfer is certain existing.In addition,this article proposed many practical and feasible suggestions which are helpful to the improvement enterprise,and carried on the forecast to the future of this domain's research according to the research the conclusion,the union enterprise marketing reality.
