Governance Of Rental Housing In The Field Of Public Administration

Rental housing is an important product of socio-economic development and social transformation in-depth. Rental housing management is an important foundation for social management. Strengthening governance of Rental housing, Accessing to information timely and Comprehensive, strictly guard-againsting and crack-down on criminal activities in law about using the rental housin, have great significance for the protection of legitimate rights and interests of citizens, safeguarding social order, promoting the healthy development of housing leasing industry.Yet, the management of rental housing is still not perfect currentl and Rental housing has led to many social problems. Strengthen the governance of rental housing is imminent. The rental housing of Fuzhou-Student-Street regional as an example in this paper. A comprehensive description of the status,managementin and social problems about the rental housing in this area, analysising comprehensifly of the reasons about Rental housing using governance theory.Finaly, Proposeing four measures in view of public-governance theory:First, Strengthening legislation, the operability of the law and;Second,the govetments lead the direction of the governance. In other words,the governments change the functions, the police department is the main agency,anther departments participate it;Third, A variety of organizations and individuals participate in the governance to Rental housing;Fouth, establishing and improving the working mechanism of governance from Leadership, Responsibility, Evaluation, Incentivesis is necessary.
