A Construction Project Based On The Coso Framework For Comprehensive Risk Management Study

As the guarantee of scientific research and manufacture for national defense weapon, the large-scale construction projects in aviation enterprise and business unit are the carrier for the building of throughput on scientific research and the guarantee for model development and developing platform and basic facilities and information. However, these projects posses the character of large investment, long project period, complex structure, thus, there are many uncertain factors during the construction, which are influenced by many objective conditions as politic, economy, society, nature etc. and they are unpredicted, random. Therefore, there are tremendous risks in these constructions.The A program is designed for research and testing of the generation X aero-engine. As the key of the such a proceeding, it is important to enhance the capability of national denfence. The main research in this paper is the risks for the management-integrated in large-scale construction projects. Based on the theory of project management and COSO《Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework》, this paper investigates the risk management of organization system and risk estimate-integrated. We adopt the methods of expert questionnaire investigation, AHP etc. . Begin with risk identify, we divide the risk into first risk and second risk by different aspects of the risk context. Based on risk identify, the course of the whole project are divided into four phases according to the schedule of the project and give a briefly introduction. Meanwhile, we conclude the second risk that likely to happen during each phase and we have a whole cognition of risks in the building periods in construction projects by their type and quantity.On the basis of the analysis and discussion of the model of risk management in construction project, this paper provides some accurate and practical strategies reply risk. It has pragmatic value for enhancing the consciousness of keeping away risk in project and improving the s risk management standard of participator.
