Small-scale Entrepreneurs Success Factors

It's has been so hot to talk about entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurship has become a choice for people to chose as an career. With the development of and progress made by society, Entrepreneurial activities begin to play an important role in promoting the process of the development of social economy and reforming the employment. Small venture of entrepreneurship is also becoming hot. However, a great many small venture businesses went into bankrupted because of lots of reasons when they have not stood stable. So, How to make these small venture business keep sustainable development is that it is very important to handle the factors of entrepreneurial process well.Firstly, this paper combs the theories of entrepreneurship, the research on entrepreneurial success home and abroad, compares the studies on entrepreneurial models and studies the factors impacting on entrepreneurial success of small venture business with a view of entrepreneur. According to Sahlman model, this paper establishes an presumed model about the factors referred as above. As a result, an indicating system including four aspects (the image of product, environmental affect, opportunity affect and entrepreneur affect) divided into eighteen factors (seen from passage 4.2). Find out the factors impacting on entrepreneurial success of small venture business with a view of entrepreneur in a way of SPSS soft ware. Here is the result:(1) According to the result by using structural equation modeling factors, the result shows that the most important factor is the image of product, and then is environmental affect. And finally are opportunity affect and entrepreneur affect.(2) On the basis of the test of dependent T sample, the entrepreneurs don't care about the differences between the genders; With the ages turn older, the entrepreneurs hardly consider of the impact of themselves during the process of running business; With the increasing of money invested, the entrepreneurs pay attention less to the influence from the environment; the entrepreneurs show much greater interest in entrepreneurial opportunity.At last, based on the analysis above, this paper gives some pieces of advice to the development of small venture businesses in Kunming Wu Hua district and all over the country finally, raise deficiencies in this article and Continued research.
