Hydropower as a clean, renewable energy, plays an important role in the world structure, countries around the world regarded the development of hydropower priority position. However, hydropower development has brought huge economic benefits at the same time, the humanities and ecological environment will be inevitably damaged, so, the impact assessment of hydropower development has become an important research content.The Nujiang River valley is rich in hydropower resources, hydropower development of the Nujiang River is the need for China's economic development, but also the best choice of the Nujiang River people out of poverty; But the Nujiang River valley is also a habitat for many rare animals and plants, the Three Parallel Rivers is listed as World Natural Heritage, the Nujiang River hydropower development subjected to extensive attention from all sectors of society, the impact of the Nujiang River hydropower development also caused controversy each speaker, this paper attempts to Human Geography of the core theory-the theory of man-land relationship, analyzing the Nujiang River hydropower impact of development on local people-land relationship the pros and cons, made the following tasks:(1) Summarizes the theory of man-land relationship development process.
