Become and keep the leader position is SGA company stratagem. At first, SGA company focuses on the changing customer value to know the changing and the new required. The customer value is the energy of our companies continue to improve and innovate, the value is the target of the companies and it requires the companies continue to improve。Our customer expresses their new customer value via complaining their supplier。It is one way that the companies know their customer value when the companies take active action actions to deal with the customer complaint。The companies can dig out valuable information when they use reasonable quality tools to do the investigation and analysis。And then,the companies should take source to satisfy their customer value after they take right active and preventive actions to resolve the root cause。The companies should take PDCA circle to continue improving。The changed customer value is also the imput of PDCA improving。The companies will be more competitive than before when they complete PDCA circle。It is important that the companies should update their management system with standardized the improving actions and follow the actions systematically。...
