At present, because of the increasingly accelerated pace of economic globalization and enterprises around the world between the increasing competition fierce, human resources management position in the enterprise management has become more obvious. Performance management, as the most important human resources management activities for improving their incentives to increase the level of human resource management is essential. If the use of science performance management, improving labor efficiency of enterprises, improve business and employee objectives, and improve economic efficiency of enterprises, to achieve sustainable development play a crucial role.On the performance evaluation Coal Terminal has been a concern of port authorities, the existing literature has not made more effective.
