Business growth is an important part in corporate strategy, many strategic scholars have interest in the study of business growth due to its complexity and dynamic nature. In Chinese enterprises, there are a lot of short-lived enterprises, because they have a short history, special background and backward management so that the growth rate, quality and sustainability is not very ideal.In the growing trend of internationalization, domestic enterprises are facing more competition and growth challenges. In the different stages of business growth, the factors that affect its growth and decision-making are also different. Those enterprises that don't attach enough importance to strategic management, or not correctly analyze the business environment facing, not formulate or adjust the strategic measures in a timely manner have a high rate of failure in business growth.This paper studied Qingdao Taifa Group Co., Ltd is located in Qingdao Industrial Processing Zone in the city of Jiaonan. This company is growing up by a township enterprise, has a certain scale and strength of the trolley. This paper uses strategic management tool to analyze the history of the company's growth and make an in-depth analysis of factors affecting business growth, so we can formulate long-term strategic planning and short-term strategic objectives and attach great importance to the replacement of corporate strategy to play the advantages while avoiding disadvantages and get rid of "short life" of doom.His study on the growth of Taifa group not only guides the company itself to grow gradually but also has some reference to other domestic small and medium enterprises.
