Social Capital Research, And Contract Stability Relations

At present, China's market-oriented process is speeding. As the development of Chinese process of market-oriented, the contradiction between the small-scale farmers and the large market is becoming an important factor which influents the development of agricultural increasingly. "Company+farmers" as a leading organizations model of the industrialization of agriculture, which plays a positive role in alleviating the contradiction between markets and farmers,reducing the farmers risk from market, reducing transaction costs, and guiding the regional industrial structure adjustment, and expanding the scale of specialized production, increasing rural incomes. The company and farmers connected by contracts, and which leads the market principle into the agricultural industry organizations will help improve the performance of industrial organization. However, in the reality it's very difficult to fulfill the contract between the company and the farmers. Because the "Company+farmers" as a main mode will exist in a long time and play an important role in the process of agricultural industrialization, therefore, it's significant to study and to explore the impact factors which affect the contract's fulfill.This content is divided into seven chapters. Among them, the introduction part points out the research's background, meaning, content, and methods, etc.; The second part collects the existing documents which research the stability of contracts of the Agricultural Industry; The third part, we study the China's current development of agricultural industrialization. And we classify the inter-contract relationships of agricultural industrialization. Then we analyze the low rate of contracts'fulfill in the view of asset specificity, inequality status of two sides, the difficulty of enforcing contracts, and the defect of contract itself. The fourth part, based on the concept of social capital, we use the game theory to analyze the contract stability; Finally, in this part, we study the trust, norms and social network's effect on the contractual stability, and point out some advices to complete social capital; Last part, in the fifth part of this article, we make a summary of this article, and point out the deficiency and further study.
