Shown by a large number of studies, FDI plays an important role in economic development of host countries. As to the technological spillover effects of FDI, large numbers of studies have appeared in China, but almost all of the studies are based on China as a whole or a district, not as industry itself. Obviously, comparative analysis of technology spillover effects of different industries'FDI has a positive meaning on absorbing and using FDI effectively, maintaining competitiveness and policy-oriented etc. This paper takes advantage of dynamic equilibrium analysis and the method of combining with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to compare technological spillover effects of different industries. First of all, beginning with Romer endogenous growth model, this paper improves it and set up a dynamic analysis model including FDI and industry characteristics; Secondly, it utilizes time series data on building industry and wholesale and retail trade of Fujian Province to measure TFP, then use the method of cointegration analysis and Granger causality test for TFP and FDI of these two industries. According to results of the test, this paper make use of least square regression for FDI and the lagged period, which can obtain comparative analysis of technological spillover effects of these two industries; Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper gives some relative policy recommendations.
