Today, more and more traditional operation of clothing stores reveal shortcomings, the old management is in dire need for reform. With the concept of buyer awareness in the country widely, clothing-buyer shop began quietly rising in the city which attracted consumers, and also brought a great inspiration to the clothing stores. This mode changes the traditional sale styles, introduces the operation of buyer clothing shop, and breaks the restrictions of single-brand. The pattern builds various brand based on clothing-buyer shops which meet consumers'demands.This paper describes the feasibility of a brand stores; concepts of clothing-buyer shop, and development status; instances of operative clothing-buyer shop; clothing-buyer shop branding countermeasures. Through operation of clothing-buyer shop, business practices, summarize the type of clothing-buyer shop in the actual operation is easy to fall into the error, and make corresponding recommendations for improvement. The focus of this paper is to sort out an efficient way to establish a store brand, and grasp the principles of brand-building, and establish healthy and sustainable store brand. I hope this can serve the domestic apparel store employees some value for reference, and hope to join hands to clothing-buyer shops to make it an effective way of solving the employment problem for designing graduates.
