The development of computer network and communication technology has been changing people's way of life and work gradually. The concept of SON(Self-Organizing Network) insures the network has faster, more flexible and more retractable organizing capability. IPv6 is the core protocol of NGI. However, current protocols based on IPv6 don't support QoS, and distributed routing algorithms in SON are difficult to be deployed in actual network. Thus, the design of self-organizing behaviors and adaptive routing protocol should be compatible with IPv6 protocol families, bond with distributed route algorithms, and guaranteed with QoS, which could be deployed in actual network fleetly and easily. In this thesis, self-organizing behaviors and adaptive routing protocol in SON are designed and implemented. Through extending OSPFv3 protocol and designing self-organizing behaviors and adaptive routing protocol, biological behaviors of nodes in SON are appended. Through extending OSPFv3 and BGP4+ protocol, designing adaptive unicast routing protocol, defining QoS state message and creating neighbor information table, QoS information within or among autonomous systems is collected and stored. Through designing an adaptive multicast routing protocol based on the adaptive unicast routing protocol, MLDv2 protocol and PIM-SSM protocol are extended to implement the adaptive service of source specific multicast routing based on IPv6. By extending RSVP protocol, a multilayered multicast and traffic control scheme is designed to provide QoS control. It determines the allocated bandwidth for the user by gaming analysis, optimizing the network bandwidth utilization ratio. The self-organizing behaviors and adaptive routing protocol designed in this thesis are implemented and deployed. The interoperationality, practicality and effectivity of the designed routing protocol are tested with an IPv6 based QoS control video conference and video broadcast system. Experiment results show that the designed routing protocol has better capability.
